Are those words placed instead of nouns.There are several kinds of pronouns depending on grammarians that ESL Learners follow.
 PERSONAL PRONOUNS
These are I,we,you,they,he,she and it.We can classify personal pronouns into three groups that are first persons, second persons and third persons
 FIRST PERSONS
Singular  : I
Examples

  1. Iam a boy

PLURAL : WE
Examples
  1. We are coming soon
  2. We are ESL learners
SECOND PERSONS
singular : you

  1. You are still studying
  2. You are my friend
